Millions of us are walking around with trauma in our story and our DNA and hardly anyone is talking about the day-in and day-out management.

What better place to find resources and support than from a group of survivors and mental health professionals? We may be on a lifelong journey of dealing with and managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other side effects of trauma, but we don’t have to go it alone.
