Community
Survivors of trauma need a community to share the mutual understanding that they are strong, purposeful people, who, after walking through a major breakthrough (and often with the right therapy and medication), can lead long, successful, and fulfilling lives.
A supportive community
Millions of us are walking around with trauma in our story and our DNA and hardly anyone is talking about the day-in and day-out management.
What better place to find resources and support than from a group of survivors and mental health professionals? We may be on a lifelong journey of dealing with and managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other side effects of trauma, but we don’t have to go it alone. My team and I work to provide a variety of resources to help you in your journey.
Two Easy Ways to Get Help:
#1: Join my email list
It’s called Perks of a Psychotic Break–so you know it’s not just the same old mental health conversations. đ
Each month you’ll get an email with stories, resources, and news that can help you in your healing journey.
#2: Access Resources Now
We’ve collected a range of resources for you–everything from podcasts to online communities, to books and even mental health organizations you might not know about.
Do you think you donât deserve understanding and empathy?
Do you believe you are damaged and undeserving of love?
Do you feel alone, like youâre the only one?
If these are your personal narratives, I want you to write them down and then shred them. Better yet, set them on fire! Whatever you do, banish them forever.
Join us, find the help and support you need.
